Panelists included Teresa Fort, associate professor of business administration at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, former Treasury Secretary Jacob J. Lew, Professor of International and Public Affairs at SIPA and IGP affiliated faculty, Dennis Novy, professor of economics at University of Warwick, and David Weinstein, Carl S.
