IGP Rapid Response Analyzes War in Iran

On March 3, the Institute of Global Politics (IGP) hosted a Rapid Response webinar titled, “What War in Iran Means for Stability in the Middle East and Implications for the US.” The discussion featured Holly Dagres, Libitzky Family Senior Fellow in The Washington Institute's Viterbi Program on Iran and US Policy; Nadav Eyal, IGP Senior Research Scholar, author of Revolt, the Worldwide Uprising Against Globalization, and senior columnist for Yediot Ahronot Daily, Israel's most circulated newspaper; Jeh Johnson, former US Secretary of Homeland Security and General Counsel of the Department of Defense; and Norman Roule, former National Intelligence Manager for Iran at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. The webinar was introduced by Keren Yarhi-Milo, dean of Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs, Adlai E. Stevenson Professor of International Relations, IGP Cofounder and Faculty Advisory Board Member, and moderated by Lisa Anderson, Dean Emerita, James T. Shotwell Professor Emerita of International Relations, and IGP Affiliated Faculty Member at Columbia SIPA.
