IGP Scholar Noa Fay

Biography

Noa Fay is a Master of International Affairs student at SIPA concentrating in International Security Policy and specializing in International Conflict Resolution as part of the 4+1 accelerated program with Barnard College from which she graduated in May 2024 with a degree in political science. In addition to addressing United Nations members regarding the recent surge in antisemitism on college campuses, Noa was one of two students to deliver a speech at the March for Israel in Washington, D.C. in November 2023. She has been featured on various news outlets including CNN, NBC, ABC, and on podcasts such as FT News Briefing and Unholy: Two Jews on the News. Noa has previously interned at the Knesset and currently serves as the student member of the Columbia-SIPA Anti-Hate Task Force founded by Dean Yarhi-Milo. Most recently, Noa received the Sharon Greene Award for Campus Advocacy from the American Jewish Committee.
