Biography
Giulio Maria Bianco is a rising senior at Columbia College, where he is currently majoring in Political Science and History. He is also an incoming first-year MIA candidate at SIPA, where he plans to concentrate in International Security Policy and pursue a regional specialization in Europe. At Columbia, Giulio has served as a writer and editor for the Political Review and the Undergraduate Law Review, and as the founder and executive director of the New York Small Claims Advisory Service, an organization dedicated to facilitating access to justice for socioeconomically disadvantaged individuals. This summer, he worked as an intern for the United States Senate Foreign Relations Committee, focusing on issues of transatlantic security and cooperation. He is from Milan, Italy, and is an avid motorsports fan. He hopes to access a career in international law, before one day returning to Italy to promote judicial reform and political transparency.
