Biography
Felix Wang is a Master of International Affairs (MIA) student at Columbia SIPA, and has over ten years of experience in human-centered design and strategy. He is committed to leveraging innovation to address global challenges, focusing on the intersection of design and public policy for a more equitable digital future.
Previously at Google, Felix led projects that shaped product strategy for both hardware and software. His work emphasized the importance of scaling designs to meet diverse user needs, and highlighted the challenges of considering international contexts in digital products. More recently, he is developing innovation curricula through his internship on the UNDP Digital Capacity Building team that prioritizes inclusivity, cultural sensitivity, and ethical considerations in digital for development.
He currently serves as the President of the SIPA students Association, a role that further solidifies his belief in the importance of empathy and consensus-building in effective global leadership. He likes pie.
