Biography
Cierra Wells is a Master of International Affairs (MIA) candidate specializing in African regional studies, with a BBA in International Business from Howard University. She is passionate about fostering economic development through social enterprises and public-private partnerships, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
Prior to SIPA, Cierra interned for White House Correspondent April Ryan and worked at Accenture as a consultant in the Talent, Organization, and Human Potential practice, focusing on strategic technology implementations and managing human capital projects for clients like UNICEF. She currently serves as a short-term temporary within the World Bank Group's Development Economics Enterprise Analysis Unit.
Her professional international experiences, including eco-tourism consulting tours in Colombia, have deepened her understanding of global economic challenges and solutions. Driven by a love for service, Cierra is committed to creating sustainable, inclusive growth in some of the world's most dynamic environments.
