On April 17, Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York hosted the annual “State-of-the-Field Conference on Cyber Risk to Financial Stability.” The conference featured multiple panels, including a Spotlight Interview cosponsored by the Institute of Global Politics (IGP), featuring 76th US Secretary of the Treasury Jacob J.
