Albright is the former CEO of the Millennium Challenge Corporation, where she led a strategic refresh and helped secure the passage of bipartisan legislation expanding the agency’s country eligibility, adding 33 countries to its potential footprint. She continued advancing new financing approaches at the Export-Import Bank of the United States, helping launch its first direct lending program for small businesses.

Albright has served on two G7 Gender Equality Advisory Councils, appointed first by the president of France for the 2019 G7 and then by the prime minister of the UK for the 2021 G7. She currently serves on the Board of the National Democratic Institute, is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and sits on the Food Security Leadership Council.
