In 2023, Glamour honored their first global Women of the Year selections– Millie Bobby Brown and America Ferrera– for their respective global influence and activism. Over the last two years, Barry has highlighted women entrepreneurship while advocating for paid leave across the country. During Women’s History Month, Glamour released its ‘By Women: The Glamour 100’– highlighting products from women-owned businesses in an effort to drive purchases to their site.
