Biography
Lilian Nassif is a Saudi-Venezuelan development practitioner passionate about inclusive solutions for a just energy transition. As a second-year Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Development Practice candidate, Lilian was one of the winners at the SIPA Global Policy Challenge for her start-up, Naila Just Transition Academy, which empowers young people in the Global South to engage in climate action.
She is a Global Energy Fellow at the Center of Global Energy Policy and spent three months at ACWA Power working on green hydrogen and institutional relations. There, she designed policies for the Ministry of Energy, briefed international politicians, and launched a strategic energy think tank supporting expansion and energy access in the Global South. She also researched carbon solutions for hydrogen credits and sourcing clean carbon for sustainable aviation fuel projects.
Previously, Lilian was a US Department of State Fulbright Scholar in Argentina.
