Hunter Doradea

Biography
Hunter Doradea is pursuing a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Film. He is a professional fencer on the Salvadoran National Team, a professional model, and was selected as a Future Nobel Laureate Scholar, one of 11 students selected globally to present his AI project on educational equity during the Nobel Prize Dialogues in Sweden. His research focused on developing AI avatars to expand access to quality education for students in conflict zones and underserved regions.
Hunter currently serves as a course assistant to Secretary Hillary Clinton and Dean Keren Yarhi-Milo for Inside the Situation Room, the course they coteach, supporting class logistics, technology, and livestreaming.
He is also a student fellow with the Trust Collaboratory, where he works to foster dialogue across political divides on campus and translates that experience into community engagement in Los Angeles, particularly addressing immigration enforcement and the impact of ICE raids.
Committed to advancing bold, progressive policies at home, Hunter has worked with advocacy organizations in Los Angeles and New York and is a fellow with Equality California’s Leadership Academy, building connections with policymakers and grassroots organizers. He intends to return to California to run for office as a progressive voice for working-class and immigrant communities, with a platform focused on healthcare access, affordability, and defending human rights globally.
