Biography
Moya Linsey is a dual BA and MIA student at Barnard College and Columbia SIPA, where she studies political science and international security policy, respectively. She is interested in national security, economic statecraft, immigration, and Latin American affairs. Previously, she interned at the Council on Foreign Relations, where she helped to generate multimedia and written content alongside the education team. Moya was also a fellow at Foreign Policy for America and an intern with Rep. Grace Meng in the US House of Representatives. She is currently a research assistant with IGP, specifically investigating Chinese economic influence in Latin America. Originally from Brooklyn, she edits for the Columbia Daily Spectator and serves as a teaching assistant in the Barnard economic department while on campus. In her free time, she enjoys running, yoga, and exploring NYC’s restaurants and live music.
